Face to face sessions include a printed chart, with highlighted transits for a specified time. All sessions are recorded.

As my sessions are interactive with the client, I recommend face to face sessions, as this is far more beneficial.

Our Soul works in synergy with our physical body to help achieve its life purpose.  When the soul is not nurtured, or its needs are not fulfilled, this can manifest as stress loss of direction and if not attended to can led to physical body breakdown.  The soul seeks what the body speaks. Integration and connection of body/soul is necessary for a balanced life.
